1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pixel Pep are supplied strictly as laboratory research chemicals for in-vitro study and scientific investigation by qualified researchers.
Products are NOT drugs, food, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices, and no product has been approved by Health Canada or the FDA for human or veterinary use.
2. Not For Human Or Animal Consumption
Products must never be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, or otherwise introduced into humans or animals.
By purchasing, the buyer certifies they will not use, resell, or repackage any product for human or animal consumption, and will not administer it to themselves or any other person.
3. Buyer Qualification
The buyer certifies they are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
The buyer certifies they have the training, facilities, and equipment required to safely handle, store, and dispose of research materials.
4. No Medical Claims
No statement made by Pixel Pep, on this website, or in any product description is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Descriptions summarize published research literature for informational purposes only and are not instructions for use.
5. Assumption Of Risk & Liability Waiver
The buyer assumes all risk and full responsibility for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of products purchased.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the buyer releases, waives, and holds harmless Pixel Pep, its owners, employees, and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or legal actions arising from the purchase, possession, misuse, or use of any product.
The buyer agrees to indemnify Pixel Pep against any third-party claim resulting from the buyer's handling or distribution of any product.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
This checkout produces a research invoice. Pricing is in Canadian dollars and includes 5% GST where applicable. Payment is arranged directly with Pixel Pep after the invoice is submitted.
Pixel Pep reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected intent of human consumption.
7. Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
